We have partnered with the LARGEST infrared Community! We are incredibly excited to take part in the global movement of raising awareness of infrared photography. We are delighted that CreativeIR has the same drive, passion, and vision as LifePixel when it comes to expanding this ever-growing market and getting an IR converted camera into the hands of every photographer. We will be partnering with them for future giveaways, new gear, and exciting news!

Here is a little bit of information about the folks behind CreativeIR!

Robert Botto;

A traveler and digital marketing professional lists photography as one of his favorite hobbies. An explorer of the outdoors and adventure into the unknown, his photos encapsulate culture, colors and, creativity. Robert has been shooting infrared with the Hoya R72 for two years now and is about to convert to his first dedicated infrared camera due to his love for the style.

J.J. Bowen;

Also, a traveler that has gone to 49 states and 16 national parks (as of 2017) and heading to more often! He is an experienced travel photographer that utilizes landscape at hand with precise compositions to create his incredible photos. He also is an avid astrophotographer, lining up incredible shots of the moon and stars that are beyond impressive. J.J. has also been shooting infrared for two years around the same time as Robert. He has a converted infrared camera.

Matthew Stuart Piper

A specialist in Fine Art Infrared photography, joined the Creative IR team in early 2017. He has been involved with infrared since the early 2000’s and has since sold his artwork around the country. He owns a converted Canon 6D full-spectrum kit with a variety of L-Series lenses. Matthew is working towards his PhD in philosophy and cognitive science @ UC San Diego too!
