1 Year Conversion Service Warranty
Company warrants the conversion service for a period of 1 year from date of conversion order completion. The warranty is void if the tamper sticker is damaged or removed, converted components have been tampered with, subjected to any abuse or misuse, or if failure to operate properly arises from any foreign elements such as dirt, corrosion, or liquid identified as present within the converted components. The warranty does not cover any other components of the camera except the conversion service and components provided by Company as part of the conversion service.
You must notify Company of a warranty claim within the warranty period, obtain RMA number and ship to Company facility as instructed. The Company is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments, shipping insurance is highly recommended. The Company will repair or replace the conversion and/or conversion components or provide you funds to do so, as determined by Company.
In case of damage during shipping Customer must retain all shipping materials and contact Company within 10 days of shipment receipt to allow for a shipping damage claim to be filed. If Company determines that the damage occurred during shipping and shipping materials were not retained and/or Company was not contacted within 10 days of receipt then the warranty is void.

Purchased from Life Pixel an EM-1 Mark 2 converted to full spectrum and with AR coated internal filter. Could not be happier with the camera and especially the support from Life Pixel. Life Pixel staff also provided lens suggestion. I purchased an Olympus M.Zuiko 14-150mm f/4.0-5.6 II ED Lens and have not detected any hotspots at focal lengths from 14-150mm and F stops from F4 to F16 using their standard IR external filter.

More than a year ago I had my E-M5 converted to full spectrum and it has been quite an experience experimenting and learning how to shoot in IR and UV. Lifepixel processed my order very quickly and had good communication throughout the process. I have had two Olympus E-pl5 bodies converted to Deep IR and they worked great. The third and most recent conversation was a Olympus EM-1 body to full spectrum. The possibilities are endless when you add the filter that allows you to shoot normal visible light, and the IR filter that allows you to shoot deep infrared. I bought the 67mm version of the filters and use step-up rings for the various lenses so they can all take advantage of the filters. With the conversion, two filters, and three step-up rings I can shoot deep IR, normal visible light, and color infrared with one camera conversion and five lenses. The full spectrum images have tons of possibilities with Adobe Lightroom and custom presets which I am working on. I highly recommend the full spectrum conversion to beginners who are considering a conversion. The filter to shoot normal visible light takes your camera back to before it was converted. I had my OM EM5 (mk 1) converted. I also brought IR filters at the same time. It was an excellent job – no visible dust was seen on the pictures taken with the modified camera. Even though I didn’t use their free tutorials (I have no problems doing white balancing on my EM5 – using the SuperBlue IR filter) – it is a good option for those lacking in technical skills.
