When sending your camera to us, please follow these instructions:
Place your order, then include the following in your package:
- Printout of your order receipt email
- Camera with a body cap
- Note: To prevent dust buildup please place the camera/lens in a plastic bag and seal well.
- Fully charged battery – US customers only (International customers do not send a battery, see below for more details)
- Send a lens ONLY if you chose the custom lens calibration option, include both lens caps on lens.
- Note: Do Not send a lens if you chose the Universal or Standard Calibration option or extra shipping & insurance fees will apply.
Do not send: Memory cards, straps, tripod mounts, battery grips or any other accessories.
Do Not ship in your original camera and/or lens box as it will not be returned! (Unless you are drop shipping the camera directly from the store/seller. In this case we will return everything as it arrived but may need to charge for additional shipping due to extra weight/size.)
International Customers: Please do not send a battery. Only ship via your country’s government postal system and on the customs forms please state in English: “temporarily sending digital still camera for modification/repair”. Do Not Ship via UPS, FedEx, DHL or any other private shipping company due to the importation brokerage fees they assess. We will refuse acceptance of your package if these instructions are not followed.
US Customers: Please do not use United States Postal Service to ship to us. We prefer UPS for safe, speedy deliveries. FedEx is also okay. Remember to send a fully charged battery with your camera.
Local Customers: We are a mail order company and cannot accept drop-offs and/or pick-ups. All orders must be shipped to and from our facilities.
Shipping Insurance: When shipping to us it is highly recommended that you insure your package for the full replacement value of it’s contents. (If you paid for shipping insurance on order checkout then we will fully insure the package when we ship back to you but it’s also very important to insure when you ship to us as well.)
Note: Make sure to package your shipment to your carrier’s insurance guidelines or your damage claim may be denied due to insufficient packaging.

Our current turnaround time is 7 to 10 business days from when we receive your camera, but may occasionally run longer during peak periods.
Priority Processing turnaround time is 5 business days from when we receive your camera.
Rush Processing turnaround time is 2 business days from when we receive your camera.
Once we receive your camera/s – We’ll send out an email notification, then once more with the tracking information, once converted and shipped back.
