The most amazing trip, a trip of ones lifetime!! Everything was thought out and taken care of. All i had to do was show up. From the pre-trip planning and suggestions to the meals and accommodations every detail was considered and taken care of. We saw the BIG Five and had opportunities to get extremely close the animals. The guides were amazing, going above and beyond what any other tour operator would do. Cant wait to go again, i highly recommend it.

An experience of a lifetime! The planning prepared us for the adventure but the adventure exceeded the expectations!
The entire trip was well planned with great accommodations, plentiful food, awesome drivers and great fellow photographers.
Seeing and photographing these beautiful animals in their natural habitat is exhilarating. The various parks presented different topography with different species to wow us. Kenya 2019 Safari, a world away, worth every bump in the road (and there are a lot of bumpy roads). I would go back tomorrow! If you are considering a safari….book with Dan and Life Pixel.

This is a review of the 2019 Kenya Photo Safari. I travelled with my wife who is not a photographer and my 17yr old daughter who likes to shoot mostly video. A quick summary is that we all had a wonderful time and would go back anytime. Stop right there if you like and go book this trip.

The longer review is that not only did we have a great time but we will also enjoy the memories for many years to come. Kenya Airways from JFK was a pleasant if not somewhat long 14hour flight seats were comfy and service was very good. The accommodations at each location we stayed were roomy, comfy and more than adequate for our needs. Each resort was very enjoyable and staff was friendly and helpful wherever we went. Food was good to very good at each hotel and was always plentiful and diverse at the buffet tables.

We saw some amazing things along the way including young lion cubs at play, hippos, rhinos, elephants young and old, zebra, giraffe, hyena and a million species of birds. My photos are wonderful in no small part due to the fact that the guides were friendly, knowledgable and were thoughtful of where to position us for the best angles, light and images. Bravo Charles and Simon!

The trip ran smoothly and Dan was helpful along the way in keeping the 10 of us all on time and up to date with the daily schedule, local customs etc. Would I go again? You Betchya!
